Our guys have started having their days with the cup so I wanted to find out what they were doing. For the first time in forever, we really don’t really care about the free agency. So I thought I’d find some pics of our guys with the cup and share them with you. I know this is their private time with the players to share with family, friends and other athletes and coaches, but we want to be a part of their celebration as well.
Andrei Loktionov – Lokti with the cup when we won and a picture of a beautiful church in Voskresensk, Russia where Lokti lives. The other pictures below are with him at his home and with students and athletes. These are all the pictures that seem to be available right now but hopefully he will share more with us later.
Slava Voynov – Voynov with the cup and Slava at home in Cheylabinsk Russia. All though you probably can’t find him in the mob, a big thanks to the Keeper of the Cup to tweet this pic for us all! Notice the sweet Brando shirt he’s wearing!
Anze Kopitar – There are lots of pictures of Anze in Slovenia and the people greeting him. They are so proud and excited for him. The reception he received was amazing and he looks so happy! Kopitar has been tweeting pics and you can see them all here on his twitter account. I’ll put a few here but for sure go to the link and check out how amazing Slovenia looks. *** Also included a cute pic of Anze with is girlfriend and the Beckhams as well as Stanley in Kopi’s bed. That made me laugh. OH! and don’t forget to eat your Wheaties out of the cup too!
Out of all the cup pics, this is my favorite. The Stanley Cup in California Baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!
